1. How do I choose the right competition?

You can browse our Our Competitions page and select competitions based on subject, school year, or every month. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.

2. I can’t find the competition I’m looking for. What should I do?

If you don’t see a specific competition listed, please contact us! We’ll do our best to make it available for you.

📝 Registration & Payment

3. How do I register for a competition?

Visit the Our Competitions page, select your desired subject, and choose a competition. You will be directed to the registration page, where you can complete the registration form.

4. Can I register multiple participants using one form?

No, each registration form is for one participant only. If you need to register multiple participants for the same competition, you must submit a separate form for each.

5. Can multiple participants use the same email address?

No, each participant must provide a valid, and unique email address. This ensures that each participant receives their personalised exam instructions and login details. 

6. Can I register as a group on behalf of a school or organisation?

Yes, please contact us for group registration options.

7. I made the payment but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received it within 24 hours, contact us with your payment proof.

8. Are registration fees refundable?

No, registration fees are non-refundable. Please double-check all details are correct (especially the email address) before submitting your registration.

📝 Exam Instructions & Participation

9. When will I receive my exam instructions?

Exam instructions will be sent 3 days before the competition date or as soon as they are available.

10. Where will I receive my exam details and login credentials?

Exam Instructions, including any login details (for online exams), will be sent via:
✅ Your registered email (check inbox & spam/junk)
✅ WeChat Group (personal login details will not be sent here)

11. Do I need to join the WeChat group?

Joining is highly recommended for instant updates, reminders, and important announcements. However, all essential exam details will still be sent via email.

🏆 Results & Certificates

12. When will the results be released?

The release time varies by competition and typically takes 6–8 weeks after the competition. Participants will be notified via email and WeChat once the results are available.

13. Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, most competitions provide digital certificates. Details will be included in the result announcement.

14. Will I receive a medal?

This depends on the competition. Some competitions award physical medals, which will be distributed during the PGA Award Ceremony. Please stay tuned for updates regarding medal distribution and other physical awards.

15. Will my name be published if I receive an award?

By participating, students consent to PEC/PGA publishing their names online for marketing purposes if they receive an award.
