Economics Olympiad IFR Training Intensive Opens This July

Pinnacle Exam Centre is pleased to announce the launch of the Economics Olympiad IFR Training Intensive, designed for students preparing for future Economics Olympiad competition rounds.

Programme Details

Total: 10 hours

Format: 5 sessions, approx 2 hours each

Schedule: Every Thursday from 2 July 2026

Delivery: Online via Microsoft Teams. Please come to each class prepared with questions throughout the sessions.

The programme includes 10 hours of focused training across 5 sessions, covering Finance, Personal Finance, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and written exam techniques.

The first session will begin on Thursday, 2 July 2026, with classes running every Thursday in July. Each session will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams.

The first two sessions will focus on Finance and Personal Finance, led by Dr Jeffrey Stangl, Associate Dean Executive Education/Director Massey Executive Development.

The remaining sessions will focus on key Economics topics, including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and exam response strategies.

This intensive course is suitable for students who would like to strengthen their economics knowledge, improve their exam skills, and prepare early for the next round of the Economics Olympiad.

Students interested in joining the training intensive are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
